Transfer to a hotel near the airport. Night at the 4* hotel.

Transfer to Krasnaya Polyana. Climb up to alpine meadows by cable-car. Lunch at the restaurant “Vysota 2320”.
Transfer down to Black sea and have excursion in Olympic Park.
Visit to a villa of Stalin.
Dinner in a restaurant of local cuisine “GastroKub”. Walk on the embankment of Sochi and near the Marine station.
Night at “Park Inn” 4* hotel.

Transfer to the Tulip tree - a holy tree of Adyghe people. We’ll go higher along Shakhe river and visit Kichmai village to learn about Adyghe culture, cuisine and have dinner.
Light hike to “33 waterfalls” is also possible.
Transfer to Solokh-aul - the place, where the most northern tea is grown. It is picturesque place. We’ll taste tea here and watch the plantations from the balloon.
Come back to Central Sochi.
Night at “Park Inn” 4* hotel.

Transfer to Maikop by “Lastochka” - Russian modern speed train (7:26 - 12:37).

Have lunch in a cafe, where Adyghe (Cherkessian) repatriates gather. First Cherkessians started coming back to the Russian Caucasus after Soviet Union collapsed, many of them took part in Abkhazian war 1992-1992. Most of them came during the war in Syria. We’ll have appointment with one of leaders of repatriates and talk about this fenomen and their experience of living in Russia.
After that we’ll visit home museum of Zamudin Guchev, famous ethnographer, master of weaving traditional reed rugs, making and playing traditional musical instruments.
After that we’ll go up to mountains and stop at Khadjokh village.
Night at a 3* hotel.

In the morning we’ll go out for a walk to dolmens and Rufabgo waterfalls.
After that we’ll go higher by our bus to Lago-Naki plateau. That is part of the the territory of the Western Caucasus protected by UNESCO as one of few highlands in Europe, which was not subject to significant anthropogenic impact.
Light hike in the Reserve or visit Azishskaya cave. Come back to Khadjokh in the evening.
Night at a 3* hotel.

In the morning we’ll transfer to Krasnodar to meet enthusiasts of cossack’s culture. They preserve traditions of fighting with daggers and cooking meals of beginning of XX century.
Have lunch here.
Then we’ll go to Lefkadia - the life-style project of Mikhail NIkolayev, one of the richest Russian financier. Here are vast vineyards and hi-tech vinery, and lavender fields, truffles, hunting farm... The project growed up from the idea of reviewing Russian aristocracy cuisine about 15 years ago. Mikhail had to close his restaurant of Russian cuisine because he had to deliver all Ingredients from France by air. Then he understood that he has to produce everything in Russia...
Dinner in the restaurant of Lefkadia, wine tasting and cooking class.
Night at “Lefkadia” boutique hotel.

Transfer to Gai-Kodzor vinery, which belongs to companies of Roman Abramovich. Here are best rose of the region and picturesque landscapes. The winery itself is interesting because of architecture (made by Kleinewelt Architekten), it was finished in 2017 and already has got several awards.
Transfer to Utrish Reserve, walk in the juniper tree forest with a research assistant of the Reserve. Then take a boat to Abrau-durso - contemporary wine culture center. Here was the first sparkling wine production center established in 1870. Night at “Imperial” 4* hotel.
Optional Russian steam bath (banya).

Optional walk up to “Yoga-house” and back.
After breakfast walk around, visit Russian wine house and basements. Taste sparkling wines. Have culinary class and lunch.
After that go to Novorossiysk. Learn about history of the port survived during the bloody Russian revolution and battle of 1943 year lasted for 225 days. Walk the embankment.
Transfer to Anapa in the evening.
Farewell dinner in Brookwin wine-bar.

Transfer to the airport of Anapa.
